Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing, and Yahoo. Manage end-to-end campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and performance tracking. Develop and implement A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels. Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms. Optimize customer acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates and user engagement. Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective results. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Bing/Yahoo Advertising platforms. Solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies. Proficient in A/B testing methodologies and tools. Strong analytical skills and experience working with metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools. Ability to manage advertising budgets and deliver ROI-positive results. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Preferred:

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. Experience with tools like Hotjar, Optimizely, or VWO for user behavior and testing. Exposure to eCommerce, SaaS, or lead-gen campaigns.
