Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage effective digital marketing strategies across channels including social media, SEO, email, and paid campaigns. Manage and oversee content creation and publishing across digital platforms to ensure alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals. Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create compelling and targeted marketing content. Monitor and analyze performance metrics for all digital campaigns and suggest optimizations based on data insights. Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social media. Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Track SEO and Google Analytics data to improve performance and inform future marketing strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and digital marketing standards. Prepare and present campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with paid advertising and SEO. Strong understanding of digital tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads), and performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
