Required Skill Set
Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping Ads) and social media advertising.
Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console).
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.).
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.).
/ Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Monitor and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms.
Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blogs..
Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategy based on insights.
Run paid social media advertising campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Content Marketing & SEO:
Develop content strategies to drive engagement and traffic.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and website content.
Track and improve website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns.
Generate reports on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Marketing Automation & CRM:
Use marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.) for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
Collaborate with the sales team to integrate digital marketing efforts with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Online Reputation Management & Branding:
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries across digital channels.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing efforts.
