Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage social media accounts -- content planning, posting, and community engagement Coordinate with the design team to create creatives, videos, and ad materials Run paid ad campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for better ROI Track and report on key marketing metrics -- reach, engagement, leads, conversions Update website content and assist with SEO efforts Handle WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns Research trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements Support overall brand communication and promotional activities

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or brand side) Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools Creative mindset with attention to detail Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus
