Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, website, and social media
Manage online reputation and respond to customer queries on digital platforms
Coordinate with vendors and agencies for campaign execution, as needed
