Job Overview

We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Executive

to plan, execute, and optimize

lead generation campaigns on Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)

. Freshers with a passion for digital marketing and performance advertising are welcome. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize

Facebook & Instagram lead generation campaigns

Set up campaigns, ad sets, creatives, and lead forms in Meta Ads Manager Monitor daily ad performance (leads, CPL, CTR, conversions) Optimize campaigns to improve

lead quality and reduce cost per lead

Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and conversions Prepare basic daily/weekly performance reports Test different creatives, audiences, and ad formats Ensure efficient budget utilization and campaign scaling

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of

Digital Marketing / Meta Ads

(training provided) Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager is an advantage Good communication and analytical skills Interest in performance marketing and lead generation Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
