Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing)
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in performance-based campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, tracking performance, and translating data into actionable insights.
This role is critical in driving leads, conversions, and ROI through data-led digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Set up, manage, and troubleshoot tracking tools including Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, GA4, and GTM.
Analyze campaign data, audience behavior, and funnel performance to improve results.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
Monitor daily performance and make real-time optimizations.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with creative and content teams to deliver high-converting ad creatives.
Stay updated with platform policies, new features, and best practices.
Support lead quality improvement through funnel optimization and remarketing strategies.
Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
Practical knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs
Ability to read and interpret performance metrics and tracking reports
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Budget planning and ROI-focused execution
Understanding of landing pages, funnels, and lead quality metrics
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
Experience in lead generation, real estate, e-commerce, or service-based campaigns is a plus
