Digital Marketing Executive (Google Ads - In-Office)

Job Location : Lohia nagar, Ghaziabad (In-Office Only)

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : ₹12,000 - ?18,000 per month

(Plus performance-based incentives)



We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to work from our Ghaziabad office.

The primary responsibility of this role is lead generation through Google Ads for our B2B lab furniture and turnkey laboratory setup business.

This is not a social media-only role.

Candidates must have practical experience running Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Google Search Ads campaigns Keyword research for B2B and high-intent leads Write ad copies and optimize CTR and CPL Use negative keywords to reduce irrelevant leads Monitor daily budgets and optimize performance Track leads through forms, calls, WhatsApp, and Excel/CRM Coordinate with sales team to improve lead quality Prepare simple daily and weekly performance reports
Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search campaigns mandatory) Understanding of: Keyword match types Negative keywords Conversion tracking Lead optimization Basic knowledge of: Landing pages Lead forms Google Analytics (preferred, not mandatory) Canva / basic creative skills are a plus
