Position Summary: As a B2B Marketplace Executive, you will be responsible for

overseeing and optimizing our presence on major B2B platforms such as Alibaba and

Amazon. Your primary focus will be to drive growth, enhance visibility, and maximize

sales opportunities within these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Platform Management: Manage and optimize our company's storefronts and

listings on Alibaba and Amazon to ensure maximum visibility, relevance, and

conversion rates.

2. Content Creation: Develop compelling product descriptions, images, and

multimedia content to showcase our products effectively on the marketplace

platforms, aligning with best practices and guidelines.

3. SEO and Keyword Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement

SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic to our

listings.

4. Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance metrics such as traffic,

conversion rates, and sales to track the effectiveness of our marketplace

strategies. Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven

optimizations.

5. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and marketplace trends to

identify opportunities and threats. Develop strategies to differentiate our offerings

and maintain a competitive edge.

6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with platform

representatives, leveraging their expertise and resources to enhance our

marketplace performance and resolve any issues or challenges.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such

as product management, marketing, and sales to align marketplace strategies

with overall business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to inform

product development and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:



? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

? Proven experience in B2B e-commerce and marketplace management, with a

focus on platforms like Alibaba and Amazon.

? Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, algorithms, and best practices.

? Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.

? Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate

effectively across teams and stakeholders.

? Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing

priorities.
