Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Assist in developing overall digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Track campaign performance, optimize for better ROI, and generate analytical reports.
2. Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and manage posts across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
Monitor trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.
Manage social media engagement, responses, and community building.
3. SEO & Website Management
Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Support in improving website traffic, keyword ranking, and user experience.
Coordinate with developers/designers to update and optimize website content.
4. Content Creation
Create digital content including social media posts, ad copies, blogs, emailers, and website content.
Collaborate with the design team to develop visuals, creatives, and videos.
5. Email & CRM Marketing
Execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and analytics.
Maintain and grow CRM databases.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to analyze performance.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign-wise performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, and PPC campaigns.
Proficiency with tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, CRM tools.
Strong communication skills and creativity.
Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
