Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads and sales. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including email, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM). Conduct research and analyze data to identify target audiences, customer behavior, and market trends. Develop and implement strategies for organic and paid social media campaigns. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements. Manage and optimize website content, design, and layout for optimal user experience and search engine optimization (SEO). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and development to ensure consistency in brand messaging and website design. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and digital advertising. Proficient in Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools. Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
