Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute
end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
across platforms (Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Strategize and manage
paid ads (PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Remarketing, YouTube Ads)
.
Handle
social media marketing
, content calendars, and campaign execution aligned with brand tone.
Collaborate with the design and video teams to ensure
creatives, reels, and ads
meet performance goals.
Monitor
campaign analytics
, measure KPIs, and report ROI to management.
Execute
email marketing, influencer collaborations, and lead generation campaigns.
Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with SEO and Web teams to ensure consistent brand visibility.
Optimize brand awareness through
engagement, storytelling, and creative innovation
.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in
Digital Marketing / Social Media / Paid Ads.
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Canva.
Strong creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with deadlines.
A self-starter mindset with a hunger for growth and measurable impact.
