Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and post engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting aligned with campaigns and events.
Website Management & SEO:
Monitor website performance, traffic, and analytics.
Coordinate website updates and improvements with design and development teams.
Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic reach.
Google My Business (GMB):
Regularly update GMB listings with posts, offers, and project information.
Track reviews and respond professionally.
Content Production:
Develop or coordinate blogs, creatives, and videos in line with brand communication.
Work closely with design teams, photographers, and videographers.
Performance Tracking:
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to measure campaign performance.
Prepare monthly reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
Advertising Support:
Assist in planning and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to meet business goals.
Brand Management:
Maintain brand consistency and tone across all digital touchpoints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in real estate or related industries).
Proficiency in social media tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
Strong understanding of digital trends, online consumer behavior, and content strategies.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
