: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and display advertising.
Content Creation & Optimization
: Develop and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Social Media Management
: Manage social media profiles and communities, including creating engaging posts, running paid ad campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
SEO & SEM
: Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimizations to improve organic search rankings and collaborate with agencies for paid search (PPC) campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to improve ROI and KPIs.
Email Marketing
: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and automation strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
Brand Consistency
: Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand voice, style, and guidelines.
Collaboration
: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, sales, content, product) to align digital marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing (1-3 years preferred)
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads
Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research
Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative, results-driven, and a team player with a passion for digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
Experience with paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
