1. Digital Marketing Executive - Meta Ads, Google Ads (1 Position)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage, execute, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across major platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive high-quality leads and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for our IT solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

and

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

from concept to execution. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS), and make data-driven optimizations. Manage and monitor advertising budgets efficiently to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and meet performance goals. Develop compelling and conversion-focused ad copy and work with the Graphic Designer to ensure creative assets are high-performing. Set up and track conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the management team. Stay up-to-date with PPC and paid social media industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in managing and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of performance marketing, retargeting, and full-funnel paid strategies. Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in data interpretation. Good communication and reporting skills.
