Job Description

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising. Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Conduct keyword research and optimize content to improve search rankings (SEO). Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI. Create engaging content (blogs, creatives, posts, videos) to attract and convert target audiences. Monitor, analyze, and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, content) to maintain brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 0-1 years of proven experience in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms. Experience with email marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus. Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
