We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital channels, a creative mindset, and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to help achieve our brand and business goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop, plan, and implement digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
- Execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Work with the team to create digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Social Media & Content
- Manage official social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Develop engaging content in coordination with designers and content writers.
- Schedule, monitor, and respond to audience engagement on social platforms.
Email & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Manage subscriber lists and analyze campaign results to improve performance.
- Support lead generation activities through targeted digital campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Recommend new tools, platforms, or strategies to increase ROI.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Internship 3-6 month more prefer in a similar Digital marketing role is preferred, but freshers with exceptional skills and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Hootsuite.
- Knowledge of graphic design and basic video editing.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or related courses is a plus.
