Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, search engines, etc.). Create engaging content, including posts, blogs, and multimedia for social channels like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Optimize content for SEO to increase website traffic and enhance search engine rankings. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs and improve ROI. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and track conversions. Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality digital assets. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to keep Mettle Kettle ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns. Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and social media management. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with e-commerce marketing. Knowledge of email marketing platforms like MailChimp. Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
