Experience: 1 to 6 Years

Responsibilities-:

Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence, including the creation of graphics, designs, and videos. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating outcomes against defined goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights to optimize budget allocation and improve overall campaign performance. Brainstorm and implement innovative, creative growth strategies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to maximize results. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and continuously improve the user experience. Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints. Track, analyze, and optimize conversion points to strengthen user funnels. Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and external partners for effective campaign execution. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, providing recommendations and thought leadership for strategic adoption.
