We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Digital Head to lead our digital initiatives and manage a talented team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven leadership ability, and a solid background in digital marketing with prior experience in an advertising or marketing agency. This role requires a creative yet data-driven professional who can craft innovative strategies, oversee campaigns, and ensure measurable results that drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and inspire the
digital marketing
team to deliver impactful campaigns.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee digital channels including
SEO, SEM, social media, content, display, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
Collaborate with
creative, strategy, and client servicing teams
to deliver
360 marketing solutions.
Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics
to optimize
ROI.
Stay updated on the latest
digital tools, trends, and technologies
to keep
campaigns innovative.
Manage
client relationships,
ensuring
clear communication
and
delivering campaigns
on time and within budget.
Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and performance excellence within the team.
Requirements:
4-5 years
of proven experience in
digital marketing,
preferably in an
advertising/marketing agency.
Strong
leadership
and
team management
skills with the ability to guide, coach, and motivate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of
digital platforms, campaign management, analytics tools, and emerging trends.
Proven track record in managing integrated campaigns with measurable success.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Ability to balance creativity with analytical decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
Certification in
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar digital marketing platforms.
Experience in handling cross-functional teams and multiple client accounts.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
