Position: Digital Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation)



Experience: Minimum 2 - 4 years



Key Responsibilities:



Plan, implement, and manage lead generation campaigns to drive business growth for IT services such as Website Development, CRM, and HRMS solutions.

Optimize lead generation strategies through various digital channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and paid advertisements.

Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure a smooth lead conversion process.

Analyze and monitor the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc. to measure success and make data-driven adjustments.

Develop high-quality content for lead nurturing, such as blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

Manage online presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant digital channels.

Continuously improve and refine lead generation tactics, based on trends, insights, and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation in the IT services industry, specifically in Website Development, CRM, HRMS, or similar domains.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO/SEM platforms.

Experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems is preferred.

Ability to think strategically and analytically, with attention to detail.

Strong personality with the ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
