We are seeking a motivated

Digital Marketing & Sales Executive

to lead our online marketing efforts, manage social media accounts, and support e-commerce activities. The ideal candidate should have a flair for jewellery, a good understanding of digital trends, and strong content and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and sales. Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook) with engaging content. Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Create and manage content calendars, promotional campaigns, and email marketing. Maintain and update product listings on marketplaces like Ajio, Amazon, and Shopify. Analyse campaign performance and optimize based on insights. Collaborate with photographers/designers for product shoots and creatives. Provide customer service and manage inquiries from online platforms. Plan and execute bi weekly WhatsApp posts for the wholesale business.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management. Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace management. Strong communication skills and a creative eye for branding and visuals. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Passion or interest in jewellery/fashion is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, Mailchimp, etc. Photography or graphic design skills are an added advantage.
