. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging content, manage company pages, run campaigns, and generate leads while building brand visibility in the scientific and B2B space.
This role is critical in positioning our company as a trusted and modern brand in the laboratory and chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow company pages on:
LinkedIn
Instagram
Facebook
YouTube (basic)
Google Business & website content
Create and schedule posts, reels, banners, product highlights, hiring creatives, and company updates
Develop a monthly social media content calendar
Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility organically and through campaigns
Run and optimize paid ads on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta (optional but preferred)
Generate leads through digital campaigns and social media outreach
Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)
Work closely with sales and management to promote products, events, exhibitions, and job openings
Maintain consistent brand voice and professional image online
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1-4 years of experience in
social media management or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with:
LinkedIn company pages
Instagram business accounts
Facebook Ads Manager / Meta Ads
Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
Good copywriting and communication skills (English)
Understanding of analytics tools (LinkedIn Insights, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics is a plus)
Preferred Background
Experience in
B2B marketing
, pharma, laboratory, scientific, or industrial products
Ability to understand technical products and convert them into simple, attractive content
Experience running recruitment, brand awareness, and lead-generation campaigns
