IRIS CARBON is used for the regulatory reporting requirements of over 3,000 companies and is
being used in over 27 countries including the U.S., EU, the UK, Ireland, and South Africa. IRIS
CARBON is a SOC-certified, cloud-based, collaborative, and feature-rich SaaS platform that allows
companies to author their compliance reports (such as annual reports, quarterly reports, press
releases, etc.) apart from creating and filing these reports in XBRL/iXBRL formats as part of their

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management
Plan, execute, manage, and analyze Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display. Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, and lead quality through A/B testing, keyword optimization, and precise audience targeting. Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and conversion metrics to maintain consistent results. Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Social Media Advertising
Manage and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and other relevant advertising platforms. Develop targeting strategies based on audience behavior and campaign goals. Analyze campaign outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance performance.

SEO & Website Performance

Contribute to on-page and technical SEO improvements to boost organic visibility. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and overall website performance. Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-driven blogs, landing pages, and website content. Conduct timely website audits to identify errors/issues and create execution plans to resolve them.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform dashboards. Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and action items. Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to guide data-driven decision-making.

Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Preferred Experience
