Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Oversee and optimize the company's website and social media presence to improve engagement and conversion rates
Manage SEO and SEM efforts to increase website traffic and search visibility
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, engagement rates) and prepare regular reports
Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop engaging visuals, blogs, and ad copies
Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategies for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
3-7years of experience in digital marketing or similar role
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms
Basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics
Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Blueprint
