Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales for our clients. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

1.

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:



o Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

o Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content.

2.

Manage Social Media Platforms:



o Create and curate content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

o Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor social media trends to optimize performance.

3.

SEO and SEM:



o Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.

o Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

4.

Content Creation and Management:



o Develop content strategies to promote properties and enhance brand awareness.

o Write, edit, and publish blog posts, articles, and other digital content.

5.

Email Marketing:



o Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.

o Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements.

6.

Analytics and Reporting:



o Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.

o Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

7.

Lead Generation:



o Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients.

o Optimize landing pages and use A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

8.

Collaboration:



o Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

o Collaborate with clients and vendors as needed.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:



Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Skill Qualifications:



Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). CAnva Certification in digital marketing or related areas (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
