We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, content creation, and tracking performance across all platforms. This role is critical for building our brand's online presence and driving audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, Reels, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency in tone and style.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
Create and manage engaging content for company websites, blogs, and social media platforms to attract and retain customers.
Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
Execute email marketing campaigns, including designing Flyers, Posters, B newsletters and analyzing performance metrics to enhance engagement.
Collaborate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials.
Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to inform strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep strategies current and effective.
Manage the company's online presence, ensuring consistent branding across all digital platforms.
Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn), and email marketing.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
12-24 months of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn).
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
