The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products. This role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development
: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

Content Strategy
: Develop and manage the content strategy across digital platforms.
3.
Performance Analysis
: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
4.
Optimization
: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
5.
Website Management
: Oversee the company's website, ensuring its effectiveness and optimizing user experience.
6.
Collaboration
: Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
7.
Budget Management
: Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.
8.
Market Research
: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors' strategies.
9.
Lead Generation
: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
10.
Tool Utilization
: Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 2-5 Years as a Digital Marketing Executive / Sr Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
