Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Manage and grow social media presence through strategic content and engagement. Perform SEO/SEM activities to improve organic visibility and rankings. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and web traffic analysis. Track and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools. Assist in content marketing - blogs, email newsletters, and landing pages. Collaborate with the design and development team to optimize user experience and lead generation. Prepare performance reports and suggest actionable insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 0 - 2 years of digital marketing experience.

Hands-on experience with tools like

Google Ads & Google Analytics Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business Manager SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred

Google Ads or HubSpot Certification. Experience in running lead generation campaigns for B2B or service-based industries.
