Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Pixel Crowner is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who can create, manage, and optimize campaigns that deliver real results across Social Media, Google Ads, and SEO. We are looking for a professional with minimum 2 years of proven experience in running paid campaigns and implementing SEO strategies to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising (Social Media & Google Ads)

Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
Manage all campaign types, Search Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads, Remarketing Ads, and Shopping Ads.
Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to reduce costs and increase ROI.
Set up conversion tracking, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.
2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant search terms.
Optimize website content and structure for better search rankings (On-Page SEO).
Execute Off-Page SEO strategies such as link building, directory submissions, guest blogging, and outreach.
Optimize meta tags, headings, URL structures, and internal linking.
Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience for SEO benefits.
Track keyword rankings and organic traffic performance using SEO tools.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for ads and SEO activities.
Analyze results and suggest strategies for improvement.
Stay updated with platform updates, new tools, and marketing trends.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in running social media ads, Google Ads, and SEO campaigns.
Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
Expertise in ad platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager) and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Ability to create data-driven strategies to achieve business goals.
