Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing & SEO Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital marketing strategy and enhancing our online presence through effective SEO practices and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have proven track record in SEO, content management, and digital marketing, with the ability to analyze data and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
Optimize website content, structure, and on-page elements to enhance search engine rankings.
Manage and execute link-building initiatives to improve domain authority and organic search performance.
Content Development:
Develop high-quality content: Create engaging and informative content across various platforms, including articles, blog posts, social media captions, website copy, and marketing materials.
Understand target audience: Conduct research to identify and understand our target audience's needs, interests, and preferences.
Digital Marketing Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Manage and grow social media accounts, developing and scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Analytics and Performance Reporting:
Monitor and analyze website performance and digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Prepare detailed reports on SEO performance, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
Use data-driven insights to inform and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Market Research and Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and industry developments.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team, web developers, and designers to ensure alignment of digital strategies and cohesive branding.
Coordinate with external agencies or consultants when necessary to achieve marketing goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and SEO.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing SEO strategies that drive measurable results.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Strong understanding of content marketing, social media management, and email marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
