Job Summary

:

A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation through digital channels such as social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities

:

1. SEO & Website Management



Optimize website content for SEO (on-page & off-page) Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics/Search Console Improve website rankings through link-building strategies

2. Social Media Marketing



Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Run paid ad campaigns and measure their effectiveness Respond to followers, comments, and queries in a timely manner

3. Content Creation



Develop digital content including blogs, infographics, banners, and videos Collaborate with the content team and designers to create brand-aligned content Ensure content is optimized for digital platforms

4. Email & SMS Marketing



Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns Maintain and segment mailing lists Monitor email performance (open rate, click-through rate)

5. Paid Advertising (PPC/SEM)



Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) Optimize ad performance and maintain budget Track KPIs and conversions from paid channels

6. Analytics and Reporting



Track digital marketing KPIs (ROI, CTR, bounce rate, etc.) Generate weekly/monthly performance reports Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot

7. Marketing Campaign Management



Support the launch of digital campaigns Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams Analyze market trends and competitor strategies

Key Skills Required

:

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Knowledge of digital tools like Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot, etc. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (optional but preferred) Creative thinking and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills

Educational Qualification

:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, etc.) preferred

Experience

:

0 - 1 years of experience in a digital marketing role
