We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can take charge of our online presence, drive engagement, and generate business leads through strategic digital efforts.
Role Summary
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Fi5th Media's digital marketing strategies across social media, search engines, email campaigns, and more. You'll collaborate with our content, design, and event teams to bring our brand voice to life online and support lead generation for our services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Plan and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Collaborate with content and design teams for reels, posts, and campaign creatives.
Manage social media calendars, trends, and audience engagement.
2. Performance Marketing
Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube promotions).
Monitor, optimize, and report performance of paid campaigns (CPC, CTR, ROAS).
Generate qualified leads for events, branding, and media services.
3. Website & SEO
Oversee website content updates (WordPress or similar CMS).
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
Track keyword rankings, backlinks, and site performance using SEO tools.
4. Content Marketing
Coordinate with content writer for blog posts, case studies, and service pages.
Support in writing ad copies, emailers, social captions, and campaign text.
5. Email Marketing
Plan and run email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar.
Segment audiences and track open rates, clicks, and conversion metrics.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Track digital KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Generate weekly/monthly reports and insights to improve strategies.
7. Brand Growth & Community Building
Create strategies to grow follower base and client community.
Identify collaboration or influencer opportunities for campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in events/media/branding.
Strong grasp of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Proficient in Canva, Adobe tools, or coordinating with design teams.
Excellent communication and creative thinking.
Knowledge of Telugu (preferred for regional content planning).
