Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Digital Marketing Trainer cum Executive

with hands-on experience in

Google Ads

and

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

. The role involves both

training students/trainees

in digital marketing concepts and tools, as well as actively managing live campaigns for the company/clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive training sessions on

Google Ads and Meta Ads

, ensuring trainees gain practical and theoretical knowledge. Prepare and deliver course materials, assignments, and assessments. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Design, manage, and optimize live

Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

to achieve desired performance metrics. Generate campaign performance reports, analyze results, and provide actionable insights. Support business development by providing digital marketing strategies and campaign recommendations. Mentor and guide trainees on real-time projects for skill development. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-house promotional activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). Proven experience (1-3 years) in

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

campaign management. Prior experience as a

trainer/mentor

will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Marketing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle both classroom training and live project execution. Google Ads & Meta Ads certification is a plus.
