Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for the property Generate high-quality buyer leads through: Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Google Ads and other paid campaigns Property portals and online listings Create and manage digital content including: Property ads, creatives, captions, and basic promotional material Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and lead quality Coordinate with: Brokers, Investors Direct client inquiries generated through digital platforms Handle backend coordination including: Lead follow-ups, CRM updates, Documentation and coordination support Arrange and coordinate site visits from digital leads Support the negotiation and closing process

Compensation:



Incentive-based ONLY No fixed salary Incentive structure will be discussed and finalized before commencement

Requirements



Experience in

digital marketing for real estate

preferred Social media ads Lead generation campaigns Property portals Strong

communication, follow-up, and coordination skills

Knowledge of the

Coimbatore real estate market

is an added advantage Ability to work

independently

on a

1-year contract or until deal closure


NOTE: Depends on performance of deal closure gets incentives . Both Male and Female canditaes can apply



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
