Job Description

Ankh Cybernetic is looking for a Digital Marketing Fresher who is eager to build a career in performance marketing, with a primary focus on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to B2B lead generation, paid advertising, and campaign optimization in a real business environment.

You will work closely with senior marketing and growth teams, gaining practical experience in running, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating, launching, and managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Message Ads) Support execution and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max - basic level) Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis Write and test ad copies to improve CTR and lead quality Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, and conversions Optimize campaigns under guidance to improve ROI and cost efficiency Track and analyze results using Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and landing pages Prepare basic performance reports and insights
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related discipline Basic understanding of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads concepts Familiarity with PPC terminology (CPC, CTR, Quality Score, Conversions) Strong analytical thinking and interest in performance marketing Good written and verbal communication skills in English Willingness to learn, experiment, and work with data-driven campaigns
Preferred (Good to Have)

Google Ads Certification (Search / Display) LinkedIn Ads certification or course completion Internship or hands-on project experience in paid marketing Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion tracking Exposure to B2B marketing or lead generation
Compensation
