Optimize ad performance to reduce CPL (cost per lead).
Track lead quality and coordinate with the sales team to improve conversions.
2. Social Media Management
Create and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Plan monthly content calendars highlighting upcoming projects, site visits, offers, and testimonials.
Run engagement campaigns, boost visibility, and nurture community growth.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
3. Website Management & SEO
Update website content, property listings, blogs, landing pages, and offers.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO to increase rankings and organic traffic.
Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Ensure all project details (amenities, prices, floor plans, location maps) are accurate and optimized.
4. Content Creation & Branding
Create engaging digital content including posts, reels, videos, emailers, brochures, and ads.
Work with designers, photographers, and videographers for high-quality project visuals.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
5. Real Estate Portals & Listings Management
Manage listings on property portals like 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, NoBroker, etc.
Upload project details, images, pricing, and availability.
Monitor listing performance and respond to inquiries through portal dashboards.
6. Email & SMS Marketing
Create and manage drip email campaigns for different buyer segments.
Run promotional SMS campaigns for new launches, offers, and event reminders.
Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Study market trends, customer profiles, and buyer behavior.
Monitor competitor projects, pricing, digital campaigns, and USPs.
Provide insights to management for better positioning and strategy.
8. CRM Management
Coordinate with the CRM team to track leads from inquiry to closing.
Ensure proper lead tagging, follow-up reminders, and status updates.
Help align marketing efforts with sales feedback.
9. Analytics & Reporting
Measure digital performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for leads, conversions, ROI, and campaign performance.
Recommend improvements based on data insights.
10. Event & Site Visit Promotion
Promote offline events such as launch events, open houses, and site visits.
Create digital campaigns to increase walk-ins and registrations.
Support event branding and on-ground promotion.
11. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with sales, design, CRM, and management teams.
Coordinate with external agencies for SEO, ads, creatives, and videography.
Ensure marketing materials are aligned with project phases (pre-launch, launch, post-launch).
