Grow4Ed is a fast-growing EdTech company helping learners build global careers through premium training programs and expert-led guidance. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can support our branding, lead generation, and student engagement campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for our education programs (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
Manage Grow4Ed social media pages - content scheduling, engagement, and community building.
Run paid ads and optimize for lead generation & conversions.
Create marketing content (posts, reels ideas, ad copy, landing page text).
Coordinate with sales & academic teams to align marketing messages.
Monitor KPIs: Leads, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
Work on basic SEO to improve website visibility.
Manage email marketing campaigns for student nurturing.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
1-2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Strong understanding of lead generation for EdTech/Training industries (preferred).
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
Good knowledge of SEO basics & keyword research.
Ability to create engaging content (basic design skills in Canva is a plus).
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field.
Digital marketing certifications (Google, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are an advantage.
