Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute
digital marketing campaigns
across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube.
Manage
social media calendars
, content posting, engagement, and community building.
Run and optimize
paid ad campaigns
(Meta Ads / Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads).
Work on
SEO & SEM
, including keyword research, on-page/off-page updates, and content optimization.
Execute
email marketing
campaigns for events, courses, and product promotions.
Collaborate with the
design team
for creatives, reels, posters, banners, and promos.
Track performance using
Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform insights
.
Promote ECLEARNIX's
STTP, FDP, workshops, hackathons, conferences, and courses
through targeted campaigns.
Build landing pages and funnels to improve
lead generation & conversions
.
Monitor competitor strategies & emerging digital trends to refine campaigns.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
social media marketing
and performance marketing.
Experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads
, SEO tools, and analytics dashboards.
Proficiency in
email marketing tools
(Mailchimp/Zoho Campaigns/etc.).
Ability to create and manage digital funnels and lead-gen strategies.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset and report-making skills.
Prior experience in
EdTech
is an added advantage.
