Digital Marketing Executive -
Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products or services. This role plays a major part in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads through online channels.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
3+ years proven experience in Digital Marketing.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and content strategies.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital tools.
Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop) preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various digital channels.
Plan and monitor the company's online presence to increase brand visibility.
2. Social Media Marketing
Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging content, posts, and ads.
Track performance metrics and improve engagement.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform keyword research and optimize website content for better ranking.
Improve on-page and off-page SEO activities.
4. Search Engine Marketing (SEM / Google Ads)
Create and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads.
Optimize ad performance to reduce cost and maximize conversions.
5. Content Marketing
Develop content for blogs, website pages, emails, and social media.
Coordinate with designers for creatives and videos.
6. Email & SMS Marketing
Create automated email campaigns and newsletters.
Manage customer databases and run targeted SMS campaigns.
7. Website & Analytics
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
Track website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.
Prepare monthly reports and insights.
8. Lead Generation
Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads through digital channels.
Manage CRM and follow up on digital leads.
