Job Title: Marketing Executive - Visa Services at Nexus International

Location: Chennai(On-site)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Marketing Executive to drive our digital marketing, branding, and lead-generation efforts for our Visa Services business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation, with a strong ability to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

Manage, grow, and optimize the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Generate and nurture B2B leads using CRM tools and marketing automation workflows.

Create engaging content including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and presentations.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.

Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, proposals, sales decks, and brand materials.

Collaborate closely with the business development and operations teams to align marketing activities with business goals.

Assist in planning and executing webinars, workshops, promotional events, and education fairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or a related field.

2-3 years of proven digital marketing experience (preferably in Visa Consulting / Education Consulting / IT / Services Industry).

Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online lead-generation techniques.

Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, spreadsheets , Excel, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and compelling content.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment.

Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

Experience in Visa Services, Overseas Education Consultancies, IT services, or related customer-facing sectors.

Exposure to marketing for European regions including Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, UK, and India.
