Roles:

Content Creation:

Develop creative and engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to the brand's audience. Coordinate with designers to create visually appealing posts.

Social Media Strategy Implementation:

Execute campaigns as per the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals. Collaborate with the team to plan seasonal campaigns or offers (e.g., festivals, special days).

Platform Management:

Manage the brand's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Schedule posts, respond to messages, and monitor activities on all platforms.

Lead Generation:

Focus on creating campaigns that generate quality leads for clients. Use paid ads and organic methods to reach the target audience effectively.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor social media metrics like engagement, impressions, and conversions. Prepare performance reports to evaluate campaign success and suggest improvements.

Community Engagement:

Actively engage with followers through comments, messages, and discussions to build relationships. Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Trend Analysis:

Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms to keep strategies relevant. Implement innovative ideas to increase audience reach.

Paid Campaign Management:

Create and manage paid campaigns, ensuring the right audience targeting for maximum ROI. Monitor ad budgets and tweak campaigns based on performance.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their tools. Creativity and storytelling abilities. Analytical mindset to track and interpret data. Expertise in paid campaign management (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads). Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Good communication and multitasking abilities.
