We are seeking a Digital Marketing Professional who is specialist in

Performance Marketing

with 2-4 years of proven experience in driving growth & measurable results through digital campaigns. Candidates with

Gulf country experience

will be preferred not mandatory.

What You Do:

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across

Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads (lead generation & conversions), YouTube Ads.

Manage and improve

lead generation funnels

, ensuring strong performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS). Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and implement optimization strategies. Design and execute

email marketing and outbound campaigns

. Collaborate with content/design teams to develop impactful marketing assets. Enhance brand visibility and strengthen our digital footprint. Stay updated with trends in

digital marketing, automation, and AI tools

.

What You Need:

2-4 years of hands-on experience in

performance/growth marketing

. Expertise in

Google Ads, LinkedIn

,

Meta Ads, YouTube Ads

. Strong knowledge of

funnel optimization, automation workflows, and AI tools

. Proficiency in

GA4, email marketing, and content strategy

. Fluency in

English & Tamil

. Advanced

Excel skills

for campaign reporting & analysis. Highly trainable, detail-oriented, and performance-driven.
