Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage social media platforms - content planning, posting, engagement, and growth. Run

paid ads

to generate leads and optimize ROI. Handle

SEO & SEM

activities to increase website traffic and ranking. Create engaging content (posts, creatives, blogs, videos) in collaboration with designers. Monitor and analyze campaign performance with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.). Manage

email marketing

and WhatsApp marketing campaigns. Support lead nurturing process with timely follow-ups and reporting. Research market trends, competitors, and customer insights to improve strategies. Work with the sales team to align campaigns with business goals. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing or similar role. Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing

. Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.). Proficiency in

social media marketing & content creation

. Knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing (preferred). Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Analytical mindset with ability to optimize campaigns. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
