About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Digital Marketing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across all online channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email, content, and display advertising. Manage and grow the company's presence on all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.). Design, build, and maintain digital assets such as landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives. Track, measure, and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs. Analyze data and user behavior across multiple channels and customer touchpoints to gain insights and improve performance. Identify trends, insights, and new opportunities to increase campaign performance and customer acquisition. Plan and execute A/B tests and conversion rate optimization initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to ensure alignment and a cohesive brand voice. Monitor, evaluate, and suggest the adoption of emerging digital tools and trends. Work with external agencies and vendor partners as needed. Provide strategic input and thought leadership for digital marketing best practices and innovation.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and marketing innovation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have:



Experience with video marketing or influencer campaigns. Knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress is a plus. Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹9,868.13 - ₹12,000.00 per month
