We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Meta Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating high-quality leads, driving traffic, and improving campaign performance through continuous monitoring and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Lead Generation, Traffic, Calls).
Monitor daily campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, Impressions, and Reach.
Optimize campaigns by adjusting targeting, placements, creatives, and budgets to improve ROI.
Collaborate with the design team to develop high-performing creatives.
Optimize campaigns to enhance lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.
Coordinate with the sales/CRM team to gather feedback on lead responsiveness and conversion potential.
Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in Meta advertising.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.
Hands-on experience with lead generation and conversion tracking.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in integrating Meta Ads with CRM tools.
Knowledge of Google Ads and other paid media platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to suggest improvements for ad designs and messaging.
