Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic) across platforms: Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Coordinate with creative teams for campaign creatives, ad copies, and landing pages. Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize campaigns for KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.). Manage client communication and present performance updates regularly. Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and A/B testing. Oversee social media calendars, content scheduling, and engagement tracking. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, ad formats, and industry best practices.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1-3 years of digital marketing experience in an advertising/creative agency.

Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication, project management, and client-handling skills. Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
