We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Digital Marketing Executive

to join our dynamic team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and social media strategies. You will play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring measurable results.

Key Responsibilities



SEO & SEM Expertise



Conduct comprehensive SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console. Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and backlink analysis using tools like Moz and SEMrush. Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Develop and execute SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing



Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Manage retargeting and PPC campaigns to maximize ROI. Utilize Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics. Implement budget optimization and bidding strategies to ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Social Media & Content Marketing



Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Create engaging content and copywriting for campaigns, blogs, and social media posts. Manage influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives. Oversee email marketing campaigns and automation using tools like Mailchimp and HubSpot.

Analytics & Reporting



Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1 - 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Manage retargeting and PPC campaigns to maximize ROI. Utilize Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics. Implement budget optimization and bidding strategies to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
