Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.).
Create and analyze performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns, adjust strategies based on results.
Develop content strategies for social media platforms and the company website.
Manage and update company's social media profiles, creating engaging posts and advertisements.
Coordinate with external agencies to drive media buying, advertising, and promotional content.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Website Development:
Build and maintain high-quality, responsive websites for the company, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital marketing strategies into the website (e.g., landing pages, lead forms, analytics).
Work with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing, user-friendly web layouts and interfaces.
Ensure websites are optimized for performance (page load speeds, mobile responsiveness).
Implement SEO best practices in website design and content.
Troubleshoot website issues, ensuring it remains functional and secure.
Regularly update and manage the website, ensuring content is fresh and aligned with current marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
Strong knowledge of website development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website frameworks like WordPress, Joomla, or others.
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Ability to integrate marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot) with websites.
Understanding of SEO principles and techniques, with experience optimizing web pages for search engines.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, including social media algorithms, PPC advertising, and email marketing strategies.
Familiarity with website hosting, security protocols, and user interface design.
Strong communication skills with a creative and results-driven approach.
