Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize
Google Ads campaigns
(Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Remarketing).
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Write compelling ad copies and create engaging visuals (with the design team).
Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting as needed.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions).
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Stay updated with Google Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams for integrated marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum
1-2 years
of experience managing
Google Ads
campaigns.
Google Ads Certification is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in
Google Analytics
,
Google Tag Manager
, and Google Ads platform.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, Elementor).
Knowledge of paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) is a plus.
Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters.
